Kelly Hager is a licensed realtor serving both St. Charles and St. Louis County. Kelly has been a local resident since 1972, and over the years has become extensively involved in supporting her local community and charities. She sponsors local children sports teams, and her dog Clyde is a certified good citizen that visits nursing homes. Kelly's success has given her the opportunity and means to implement an Adopt-a-Family program that helps provide for other less fortunate families. Kelly extends the invitation to participate to all of her friends, neighbors, and clients. As a result, within the past five years, she has helped over 150 children in over 50 families enjoy a prosperous Christmas through not only the items on their wish lists, but also with basic everyday essentials.

Having a child of her own, Kelly understands the love a parent has for their child and the devastating impact having a sick child can have on a family. Kelly is actively involved with Rainbows for Kids, a local St. Louis charity that helps families who have children with cancer. Kelly hosts events throughout the year that give children an opportunity to not be a patient for an afternoon, but rather to simply be a kid again.

The success of Kelly Hager at Keller Williams Realty West continues to grow. To provide superior service, Kelly has formed a specialized team to support each client throughout their home buying/selling process.

Tracy Kirkpatrick is The Kelly Hager Group's Vice President and licensed transactional coordinator managing the daily activities with both buyers and sellers.  Our clients rely on Tracy for quick and immediate answers to all questions from point of sale through closing. As the transactional coordinator, Tracy handles and manages all of the intricate details involved with home buying and selling. She works on a daily basis with our lenders and title companies, and coordinates with all parties to provide a hassle-free closing. Tracy also oversees everything from building inspections to final walk -through. Her exceptional attention to detail guarantees all paperwork and deadlines are met and communicates all updates with each client. Tracy also supervises the listing and marketing coordinator to ensure a seamless process for both sellers and buyers.

Kindle Thompson is The Kelly Hager Group's listing coordinator, and handles all activities from new listing to contract. As listing coordinator, Kindle's primary focus is to support our sellers and maintain all listings. She handles all of the website and print advertisements. She coordinates lockboxes, signage, and brochures. Kindle provides each client with listing reports and information on the homes showing activity. Our clients rely on Kindle for their entire home selling needs.

The marketing coordinator handles all of The Kelly Hager Group's special projects, with focus on coordinating client needs, and staying in touch with previous clients throughout the year. The Kelly Hager Group's special events throughout the year  include: fall festival, client surprise party, Aberdeen ice-cream truck, Aberdeen Easter event, and the Adopt-A-Family program.

About Appraisals >Best Interests of the Buyer

Who represents the homebuyer in the transaction? The most common scenario is for homebuyers to purchase a home with the help of the seller's listing agent. In this case, known as "dual agent representation," the real estate agent assists both the sellers and the buyers. However, it is also possible for the buyers to ask another realtor to represent their interests exclusively, acting as the "buyer's agent," a service which is available at no additional cost to the homebuyer.

Any licensed real estate agent can act as your buyer's agent, helping you to locate and look at properties in your price range. However, if that real estate agent works for the same brokerage that is listing a particular property, dual agency or designated agent rules will then apply. The buyer's agent will advise the buyer if issues arise such as termite damage or significant material defects appearing on the home inspection report. If the home appraisal comes in at less than the asking price, the agent will represent the buyer's interest, working with the seller and the lender to negotiate a satisfactory resolution.
